Let me assure you (since I am a technophobe) this platform is so very easy to use and delivers the highest level of security in videoconferencing technology in healthcare.
So, how it works is this.
You call or email me. We chat a bit and set up an appointment.
I "invite" you through the OnCall platform. An email invitation with the date of your appointment and URL login is immediately sent to you. You are then walked through a few quick steps to get set up for your appointment. Another neat thing is you are sent 'reminders' 24 hours and one hour before your appointment.
Billing is done via etransfer; receipts also provided. Clients tell me they love the convenience of sessions from the comfort of their home or car so much, they won't ever return to my office in the woods!
